This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Project Vida Health Center dentists provide a variety of dental treatments. They serve everyone from the age of 6 months through the geriatric years.  Dental Services:  New patient exams & routine exams   Cleanings, including deep cleanings  Fillings  Extractions, including certain wisdom teeth  Prenatal dental exams (in second trimester)  Root canals  Crowns  Veneers Project Vida's dental services offer a sliding scale discount based on patients' income and family size.  Hours:  Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
