This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Dental Services:  Cleanings  Exams  Digital x-rays  Sealants  Fillings  Extractions  Dental emergencies  Partials  Root canals  TMJ  Some oral surgery  Some cosmetic dentistry As a Federally Qualified Health Center, they are given funds to enroll uninsured individuals in their programs. Sliding Scale Program: This program allows them as a center to reduce the rate of the services being obtained by patients to better suit their level of income. This program is income based. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Wednesday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
